Admissions Autumn Term September 2023

Broughton Community Infant School is a Community school whose admissions are made in accordance with the Buckinghamshire coordinated admissions scheme (the scheme).

If your child was born between 1st September 2018 and 31st August 2019, you will be able to apply for a Reception place for entry to school in September 2023, from November 2022.  This application process is online via the Buckinghamshire County Council website and the closing date for applications is January 2023 (date to be confirmed).

Buckinghamshire County Council can be contacted via the link to their Contact Us form at  https://services.buckscc.gov.uk/school-admissions.

Broughton Infant School admits up to 60 children into Reception in the September following their fourth birthday.

Once Buckinghamshire County Council has notified parents that a place at the school has been awarded and the place has been accepted, parents are invited to an introductory meeting with the Headteacher and staff in the Early Years department.  This meeting takes place in the term preceding entry and further arrangements are made to introduce the child to the school before their admission date.
