Caboodle Coaching Gymnastics
Caboodle Coaching are now offering this online service completely free.
The scheme of work is a series of 7 video lessons, lasting between 34-50 minutes. Each video lesson guides the pupils through warm up, stretch, body conditioning, and then a series of gymnastics progressions which develop into learning a full skill.
It is still in the development stage, so not all resources are working, but the scheme of work and most of the videos are now online if you wish to check it out and maybe use it to keep your pupils busy. I have included the log in details to the free account below. This free account will be made available, until September 2020 when it will be deleted.
This is aimed at KS2 but it could be a great challenge if you're interested in gymnastics.

Whilst being off school it is really important that we keep our mind and bodies active! You can go for one walk a day, play in the garden and gain access to lots of free resources. We should be active for 60 minutes per day. Why not record your resting heart rate before exercise and compare again after? Can you remember how to find your pulse? Remember to count how many times your heart beats in one minute.
