Music gives a soul to the universe,
Wings to the mind,
Flight to the imagination,
And life to everything.

This week why not try Mrs Legg's music quiz.
Singing
This week you can teach your parents some of the songs we sing at school.
Mrs Granville’s son Tom, who is a music teacher, has recorded some songs for you.
Click on the video and then the link to YouTube to play the video and have a go.
Why not sing along and use any instruments you have to accompany you.
Take a photo and send it in.
Have fun!
I hope you are all enjoying our music activities.
This week I have a really interesting video for you to watch.
Click on the Youtube link and watch a synchronised rollercoaster ride to the music of
The 1812 Overture by Tchaikovsky.
The coaster twists and turns with the music, as well as triggering special effects that match the beat. The sound of the cannons are coming from the music, not the roller coaster.
Maybe you could find an instrument and join in with the music!
Enjoy 😊

Can't Stop the Feeling!
On Friday 3rd April lots of schools around Aylesbury are going to perform "Can't Stop the Feeling" on their playgrounds at 11am with the key workers children. If you would like to join them from your own home/ garden I have attached the videos teaching you the lyrics and the performance. The performance uses Makaton which is a language programme aimed at helping people to communicate. It would be wonderful if people in their homes all around Broughton and Aylesbury could have their spirits lifted by hearing the children singing!
