Ofsted’s inspection of 17-18 June has classified the school as GOOD in all areas and OUTSTANDING in respect of the behaviour and safety of pupils. We are delighted with this outcome, as we hope all parents will be too.
Ofsted’s report draws particular attention to:

The arrangements to keep pupils safe and secure which are outstanding;

The good progress made by pupils of all abilities because they are taught effectively;

The curriculum which provides exiting opportunities for pupils to learn;

The pupils, who are proud of their school, and their behaviour on the playground and in assemblies which  is impeccable;

The high aspirations of the headteacher and governors for the school and the high expectations of the teachers who provide activities to capture the pupils’ imaginations.

The report is being distributed to all families via book bags and is expected to be available on the Ofsted website in a few days.

We thank our children for their attentiveness and behaviour, not only during the Ofsted visit but always, and we thank parents for their support.

More information can be found on our Ofsted page.

You are invited to a taster session on Monday 20th July hosted by AiP so you can sample the food that they will be supplying.
