New Millside Pre-School (, 01296 489457) is based on the school campus together with the Sure Start Children’s Centre.

At the far side of our playing field is Broughton Junior School ( to where most of our children transfer at the end of year 2.


Broughton Infant School is committed to safeguarding children and promoting the welfare of all children. All employees and volunteers are subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and safer recruitment procedures.

In summary, we are delighted to report that:

A big thank you…. To everyone who completed the recent questionnaire about the school. There was a fantastic response with returns covering 103 children which is over 57% - a very high return for questionnaires.
